Mitchel J. LaskeyMitchel J. Laskey
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mitchel J. Laskey leads Brijot Imaging Systems as President and Chief Executive Officer and also serves as a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to joining Brijot, Laskey was Chief Executive Officer of the AccessOnTime division of LifeStar Response Corporation, a leading national healthcare logistics company, where he served as co-chairman of the board of directors.

For more than 30 years Laskey has held executive management and leadership positions for public and private companies, and has served on a variety of not-for-profit charitable, private and public company board of directors. During his career, he has had extensive experience in developing growing technology companies and working closely with their institutional private equity investors.

Before LifeStar, Mr. Laskey was chairman, chief executive officer and president of Cytura Corporation, an information technology and enterprise content management company. Prior to joining Cytura, Laskey was the co-founder, CEO and president of Dynamic Healthcare Technologies Inc. (DHTI-NASDAQ), a leader in healthcare clinical information systems. Laskey is a co-founder of CNL Bancshares Inc., a leading Florida commercial bank, and is a member of the CNL Bank Central Florida board of directors.

Laskey holds bachelor degrees in accounting and marketing from the University of South Florida; he has been a licensed CPA in Florida since 1974.

 

Bob DalyRobert P. Daly
Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer

Robert P. (Bob) Daly leads Brijot Imaging Systems, Inc.'s engineering and technology teams as Vice President, Engineering and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to Brijot Daly served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Triton Network Systems, Inc.

Daly has developed the long-term product development plan for Brijot. He has also been instrumental in the complex direction of improvements in algorithmic software, facilitation of customer hardware technology cost reduction, and the recruitment of a highly talented technical and engineering team. Daly's leadership ensures optimum product performance, the highest engineering standards, and the ability to drive development to meet specific market needs.

Daly has presented at IWPC – Millimeter wave Sensors for Transportation Security Applications and other respected industry events. He is also a member of MACF Board of Directors and APICS Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM).

Daly holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and a masters degree in Project Management from the George Washington University.

 

Troy TechauTroy Techau
Vice President, Government Affairs

Troy Techau, Brijot Imaging Systems’ Vice President of Government Affairs, brings to the company more than 22 years experience in the United States Army and a distinguished service record directing security and intelligence teams as part of complex, time-sensitive initiatives, accomplishing goals with measurable results. Techau’s record clearly demonstrates acumen for leadership and a keen ability to envision practical complementary solutions from complicated technologies—and then present those solutions in a concise, understandable and usable way. With his most recent assignment as biometrics officer for the United States Central Command supporting U.S. and Coalition combat operations in the Middle East, Techau brings a proven track record in shaping security strategy development and related equipment acquisition by the Department of Defense. He serves a vital role in developing and maintaining Brijot’s world-wide relationships with long-term government and military partners, and will further provide the company with valuable insight into the technology and solutions requirements of these key markets.

During the years immediately prior to joining Brijot he was responsible for producing a first-of-its-kind biometrics doctrine outlining the principles of that technology’s use within U.S. military operations and was further instrumental in formulating multiple policies and procedures adopted by the U.S. Department of Defense to facilitate biometric system implementation. Further, he actively and effectively led teams responsible for large-scale implementation projects based on such technological policies with multi-year budgets in excess of $400 million.

Techau earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Iowa State University and a Master of Science in Management from Troy University in Troy, Ala.
