Technical Support is available 24 hours a day by filling out the form below and submitting the request it to us electronically. Our goal for initial follow up time is within 4 business hours. All problems reported to the Technical Support Department are initially handled by a team member who assigns a tracking number to the problem and works with you to identify and (in many cases) solve your reported problem. If the problem is not resolved during the primary contact, additional research and consultation may be required. The Support representative may also request remote access to the system and/or request the customer retrieve specific electronic performance data from the system.
Due to the complex nature of our systems and operating environments, a guaranteed time to resolve this specific issue cannot be provided at the time of submission. However, our goal is to resolve all reported issues as expeditiously as possible.
